I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, where the staff, particularly Melissa at the front desk, made me feel welcomed right from check-in. The family rooms were clean and spacious, providing plenty of comfort. I especially loved the breakfast with a wide variety of choices and the fun night shows that kept everyone entertained. However, I found that the food quality varied at times, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was worth the price for the amenities and excellent service.
